Started seeing two girls who happen to know each other through a mutual Meetup group. Last Friday I was with one of my plates at a charity event a friend of ours was hosting. Afterwards we went downtown to drink and go dancing, where we saw my other girl. The situation was mitigated by me talking to other people, but they of course talked about me and decided they didn't like the current arrangement. What's funny is that neither of them is willing to bow out. Of course, they want me to make a decision.

The way I have approached this is to tell them that they knew from the beginning that what we were doing wasn't exclusive and if they don't like it they don't have to be with me. Not sure whether to ride this out with both of them, drop the less favorable one, or drop them both. It may be worth mentioning that they are both within my circle of friends, so I will still be around them. I don't think they'd make things difficult for me if I dropped them, or even if they could. I want to be cautious either way.

New rule: Don't plate multiple girls within the same group of friends.
