I'm an attractive witty guy who has no problem picking up women I know (friends, coworkers etc.) I usually flirt, tease them a little bit and ask them out. But I don't know what to say to a strange woman to pick her up. Something like "Hi, you're cute can I take you out?" wouldn't work because cold approaching isn't common where I live. Also, I'm terrible at small talk. So how do I flirt with women who I catch checking me out or smiling at me, armed with information about her.
