Not an existential crisis but definitely a deep paradigm shift/ reality shattering understanding. I mean how could you not. Most of us have been fed loads of media telling us to behave one way, painting women as a certain thing, and basically constructing our lifes since childhood.

You see old shows about the happy loving wife, rascally sons, sweet little daugther and a beautiful peaceful home and say i want that. You hear songs about not being a player and committing your full heart, money, and time to a woman and go "I could sacrifice myself like that", and then watch movies where this sacrifice is rewarded with the eternal love of a beautiful and loyal woman . This is only exacerbated by women who don't see you in a sexual light telling you to be yourself and your happy loving woman will come in and that you keep working hard and make yourself valuable and everything will be allllllriighhhttttt. It all sounds good like there's a plan in place and if you do your part honorably and dutifully that you too can have your happy little home with the picket fence.

The dream is nice but any man who has had even basic interactions with women sees that ...things aren't working out quite like i thought. I studied and got a job and i'm valuable. I try keeping my women happy by treating them like a princess and they loae interest...but ... But the narrative i've been fed from people around me, music, film, and t.v. , and which women always TELL me they clamor for can't be wrong ! Things aren't working the ay I like but maybe I'm just not doing enough to deserve my award!

most of us here who have swallowed the pill got dick-slapped by this plan. We did what we were SUPPOSED to do and had failed relationships for those of us lucky enough not to be married or to have kids the results are emotional but not material , unfortunately for others their hearts have been shattered, banks accounts emptied, and reputation tarnished.

That's where between your own experiences and the introduction of TRP knowledge overlapping you start to truly see the world around you..you were sold a plan on how to be a good slave. How to sacrifice your body, mind, happiness, and wealth to support a family and to a larger extent a society that couldn't care less about you. The goal is to have you so in-love with the vision of success that you never question the actual value of your actions because we tell you the world works this way and so if you believe it does then to your mind it does.

TRP is about re-writing the rules of how you should exist. By exploring what you love and desire , finding what makes you happy....would the happy little home with the picket fence have ever really made you happy or just the idea of obtaining it? Unfotunately you'll never know because the innocent, sweet , kind woman from film is largely an illusion . I don't believe there aren't ANY good ones... I do refuse to believe that most are worth much more than being a nice fuck . Even moreso why would she be the loving little woman, she doesn't need to be kind or revere her provider because our society has an ocean of less attractive backup providers who will worship her for existing not to mention the government. and a society so focused on liberating women...that it has liberated her any need to be valuable, feminine, modest, or have any accountability whatsoever.

ALL that to say that yes , i don't think having an earth-shattering deep effect after swallowing or hell even licking the redpill is at all uncommon. I feel like i can see the puppet strings moving everyone around and the cogs working in their heads sometimes and it is both awe -inducing and horrifying. So many people doing what they're SUPPOSED to ...thinking they are doing what they want to , not know why they. Want to do what they want to do.

Your reality has been shattered and that will be scary until you embrace and operate in your new one. Just take it a day at a time the redpill will teach you how to be a success in a society that needs mediocrity to survive , swallow it and embrace it.

Yes the mind needs to be reprogrammed to deal with what has happened to you i always thought something wasnt right but a kid back in the day would be whipped if he got a lil nosey so most of us had to get our azz handed to us first just to believe everthing was a lie like being soft and sweet to women while the badboy was pounding her all along and she enjoyed it but nobody told the nice guy until she was done riding the cc and 3 kids later thats why i will be a informer to those dudes because its a shame how good men get punished for taking care of his responsibilities but the redpill will help you see thru the bs from here on out and never return to a blue pill thinking society.
