I need some rp advice on how to handle this situation so basically employees decide whos going to work Saturdays. My co-worker said he'll come in for me. Saturday come and I decide to sleep in I wake up to 3 missed calls from my boss but I figure it's my off day and its not my business. The next day the boss texts me that I have no ethics and respect and that I'm a piece of shit and he's gonna lower my salary all because I didn't answer his phone. What would you guys do in this situation? Cheers
