Hello, asktrp! First time posting here. Want to start my question from the little story that made me thinking in this direction. I have an acquaintance whose actions, if you would just have to read through the list of them, would look textbook bp: he always holds the door, pays for the bill in restaurant, addresses girls "mademoiselle" exclusively, likes to give them random presents when he feels like it and overall behaves like your average fedora owner. The only difference, besides outcome, is his well, i dont really know how to describe it.. "presence"? There is something in his posture/voice/body language that transmits the feeling of i would say "energy and independece"? and always leaves girls in the state of the hypnotized rabbit. And i wouldnt even consider him handsome both face and bodywise, nor he is some sort of leader/high status figure of some sort. To add insult to injury he is not the brightest person on earth to say the least(which reflects in his career). And despite all these things, he had by far most success with women among the guys in my social circle, purely because of his inherent "charm". So my questions are: have you guys noticed similar things? are even actions/words irrelevant as long as you give the right vibe? and most importantly have anyone tried to pinpoint this little details of conducting yourself and ways to mimic them?
