I met her on tinder and we got along really well. I asked her if she's up for a date, she agreed but we could not find a time because a female friend visited her (we are both far away from our home country). I asked her for instagram and saw there that she really spent time with a friend so it hasn't been an excuse.

After 2 weeks we started texting again but i feel like it got a little bit awkward. Flirting was somehow difficult and I asked again for a date. She agreed on it but refused the time because she expected the A level results and was afraid to be sad on our date. I told her I would make her laugh in terms she's too sad but also asked when she is free in case she still doesn't want to go.

She didn't comment my first sentence ("making her laugh"). She just answered: what about monday?

To be honest, I feel like she just wants to go to the date because she feels bad for making me wait. She stopped using emojis, and even this "What about monday" was not really enthusiastic... I didn't answer her text for 1 day and I think she doesn't care.

Do you think I should agree or just leave it like that? And what do you think is a pleasant answer without sounding needy?
