So I met this girl some time ago at a club and found out that the people I go to clubs with already knew her, so got introduced quite easily. She seemed to really like me so at the end we exchanged numbers and then parted ways as I had somewhere else to go.

I didn't feel comfortable escalating too much as this one friend of mine who is always there as well is really into her and he wouldn't let her be somewhere with me alone for longer than 2 minutes.

We then texted some and I told her to come over one evening. She said she had to visit her grandmother for christmas so no time for that.

Then we were supposed to meet on NYE but due to some bad luck I wasn't able to text her when I would be arriving (11:30 in the morning) and so she left early as she got pretty tired being up all night.

I then tell her to come over today and she tells me she has to visit her granddad so nothing happening today either.

Now my questions are:

  • Is it maybe smarter to tell her to meet somewhere in the city and then relocate to mine?
  • How much longer should I try until ghosting her? The excuses seem legitimate but I'm not the type of guy to chase girls for too long
